FAQ's
A waist trainer is a sculpting essential designed to contour the waist, refine the silhouette, and create a more defined shape with intention. Crafted with structured support and elevated compression, it enhances form while delivering a smooth, confident finish beneath clothing.
Designed to be worn as part of your daily styling ritual or styled as a statement piece, the silhouette is yours to define. Whether for structure, styling, or self expression individuality remains at the center of every fit.
When worn consistently and safely, a waist trainer provides both instant visual transformation and long-term benefits:
- Instant Hourglass Silhouette: Immediately cinches the waistline and smoothes out bulges for a streamlined fit under clothing.
- Postural Alignment & Core Support: The structural boning keeps your spine upright, gently reminding you to engage your core and sit/stand taller.
- Thermal Sweat Activation: During exercise, the high-compression material increases thermal activity around your midsection, helping you sweat more where it counts.
- Postpartum & Lower Back Comfort: Offers gentle compression that supports back strain and provides stability during core recovery (always check with your physician first).
Our waist trainers are produced in Colombia with premium craftsmanship.
To preserve the structure, shape, and longevity of your waist trainer, we recommend thoughtful care with each wear. Proper maintenance helps maintain its sculpting integrity and refined finish over time.
Hand wash gently using mild soap and warm water, avoiding harsh scrubbing or excessive friction that may compromise the garment’s construction.
Allow to air dry completely after washing to prevent retained moisture. For best preservation, dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight to protect the fabric and maintain it's original color.
How to Find Your Size
Getting the right fit is key to safety, comfort, and maximum results.
Step 1: Measure Your Natural Waist
- Wrap a flexible soft tape measure around your torso about 1 inch above your belly button (where your waist naturally creases when you bend to the side).
- Keep the tape flat against your skin without pulling it tight or digging in.
- Exhale normally, don't suck in your stomach.
Step 2: Match Your Measurement to the DAUSD Size Chart
Pro-Tip: If you fall between two sizes, always size up. You can cinch tighter as you break in the garment using the multi-row hook-and-eye closures.

How to Wear
Wrap around the natural waist and fasten from the bottom at the smallest part of your waist, allowing the silhouette to shape gradually.
If new to compression, gently pull the hook side only on the bottom layer and hook from the bottom up. Assistance may make the first wear more effortless.
One all hooks are fastened attach the small zipper support hooks for a smooth, secure hold.
Ensure the zipper is fully aligned within both side rails before closing. If the zipper is not properly seated, it may separate or place unnecessary strain on the closure. For the most seamless wear, always align the zipper fully before fastening.
Begin with 1–2 hours daily, allowing the body to adjust naturally. With continued comfort, wear time may be extended.

When Is It Time to Size Down?
As you wear your waist trainer over time, your body adapts, and the garment will break in. Here are the clear signs you are ready to order the next size down:
- You’re on the Last Row of Hooks: You started on the outermost hooks and can now easily fasten the tightest (innermost) row without strain.
- Loss of Compression: The trainer feels loose or gaps around your spine/ribs when you stand or sit.
- No Resistance During Movement: You no longer feel gentle resistance or posture support when moving throughout the day.
1. Begin with ease
Unzip fully and release all closures.
