Refund policy

All sales are final.

No returns or refunds. 

Exchanges will need to be done within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of postage. If you would like to request an exchange, please email our Customer Service an e-mail at customerservice@dausd.co and we’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days. Exchanges are only determined by our team after we evaluate the condition of the item. If the garment has been worn, damaged, dirty or is missing it’s original packaging and tags we will not be able to accept for a replacement. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
